How can I change my email?
If you're able to login or are currently logged in, you can update your email right from your account info page! If you need to reset your password to login, check out this article.

On your account page, locate your email-- it should be the third section after your name and password.

Select the "edit" button by your email. You'll see a box pop up to enter your new email. Simply enter your new email address, click the blue "save" button, and you're all set!

We recommend adding [email protected] to your email contacts (or safe senders list, depending on your email provider) to help ensure messages about your orders make it to your main inbox 📫

How can I change my email if I can't login?

If you no longer have access to the email associated with your membership and aren't able to login, our Member Experience team has got your back!

You can reach us using the Live Chat feature on our contact page 9:30 am–5:30 pm EST. We can also be reached via email at [email protected], or, if you wish to contact us over the phone, please call us at 1(833) 328-9453 from 11 am–7 pm EST / 8 am–4 pm PST, Monday-Friday.

Once we update the email, we'll walk you through resetting your password and getting logged in. When we update the email manually on our end, you will also need to re-enter your billing info, for security purposes 🔒 This step ensures that only you can access your account, make purchases, and manage your membership.
