Active Members: How to Use a Promo Code on Your Order

If you're a member and your account is active, this article will show you how to use a promo code on your next box.

To enter a promo code and send your box now, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Find the My Orders page on the navigation bar- OR - Click the 3 lines at the top left of your screen to get the My Box page (mobile browser only).

  3. Click "Send Now"

  4. Enter your valid code by clicking + on "Have a promo code?" and then click "Add code"

  5. Review all of your info and ship week, then click "Send Now" to complete your order.
