Wild Alaskan Company regularly sends out important emails, which can include but are not limited to:
~3 Day reminder emails prior to scheduled renewals.
Tracking information for your orders.
Shipping events for your orders (shipped, delivered, disruptions if any are detected).
Important information about your account (đ¨ our team may need input from you to avoid potential issues đ¨).
Notices about upcoming changes to WACâs member experience.
To ensure that you receive these important updates, please take a minute to add our email addresses to your contacts or safe sender list.
Wild Alaskan Domains:
MSN & Hotmail:
1. Log into your inbox and open an email from Wild Alaskan Company. 2. Click on the sender name to open details.
3. Select âAdd to contactsâ or look for âMark as safeâ options.
4. You can also go to Settings â Junk Email â Safe Senders, then manually add: '@ak1.wildalaskancompany.comâ and â@wildalaskancompany.com'
Outlook:
Right click an email from Wild Alaskan Company. Select âAdd to Contacts"
OR
Click the Settings (gear icon) â View all Outlook settings.
Navigate to Mail â Junk email.
Under Safe senders and domains, click Add and enter: '@ak1.wildalaskancompany.comâ and â@wildalaskancompany.com'
Hit Save. See Outlook support for more information.
â ď¸ IMPORTANT NOTE: If you receive WAC updates to a school, workplace, or other organizational email (such as @examplename.edu or @examplename.org), you may be using Outlook.
Gmail:
1. Find a Wild Alaskan Company email in your inbox (or check Promotions/Spam).
2. Hover over the sender name (Wild Alaskan Company) at the top of the email.
3. In the pop-up, click âAdd to Contactsâ (person icon with a +).
4. (Optional) Drag the email to your Primary tab.
You can also create a filter to make sure Wild Alaskan Company emails are sent to your inbox. For more information, see Gmailâs support.
Apple Mail
1. Open the Mail app and locate a Wild Alaskan Company email.
2. Hover over or click the sender name, click the dropdown arrow, and choose âAdd to Contactsâ or âAdd to VIPs.â
