Add WAC To Your Safe Senders List (And Ensure You Get Updates!)

Wild Alaskan Company regularly sends out important emails, which can include but are not limited to:

  • ~3 Day reminder emails prior to scheduled renewals.

  • Tracking information for your orders.

  • Shipping events for your orders (shipped, delivered, disruptions if any are detected).

  • Important information about your account (🚨 our team may need input from you to avoid potential issues 🚨).

  • Notices about upcoming changes to WAC’s member experience.

To ensure that you receive these important updates, please take a minute to add our email addresses to your contacts or safe sender list.

Wild Alaskan Domains:

MSN & Hotmail:

1. Log into your inbox and open an email from Wild Alaskan Company. 2. Click on the sender name to open details.

3. Select “Add to contacts” or look for “Mark as safe” options.

4. You can also go to Settings → Junk Email → Safe Senders, then manually add: '@ak1.wildalaskancompany.com’ and ‘@wildalaskancompany.com'

Outlook:

  1. Right click an email from Wild Alaskan Company. Select “Add to Contacts"

OR

  1. Click the Settings (gear icon) → View all Outlook settings.

  2. Navigate to Mail → Junk email.

  3. Under Safe senders and domains, click Add and enter: '@ak1.wildalaskancompany.com’ and ‘@wildalaskancompany.com'

  4. Hit Save. See Outlook support for more information.

⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE: If you receive WAC updates to a school, workplace, or other organizational email (such as @examplename.edu or @examplename.org), you may be using Outlook.

Gmail:

1. Find a Wild Alaskan Company email in your inbox (or check Promotions/Spam).

2. Hover over the sender name (Wild Alaskan Company) at the top of the email.

3. In the pop-up, click “Add to Contacts” (person icon with a +).

4. (Optional) Drag the email to your Primary tab.

You can also create a filter to make sure Wild Alaskan Company emails are sent to your inbox. For more information, see Gmail’s support.

Apple Mail

1. Open the Mail app and locate a Wild Alaskan Company email.

2. Hover over or click the sender name, click the dropdown arrow, and choose “Add to Contacts” or “Add to VIPs.”

Using a Different Email Provider?

You can quickly find steps tailored to your setup. Just search: “How to add a safe sender in [Your Email Provider]” in your preferred search engine.

For example: “How to whitelist in Yahoo Mail” or “Add contact in ProtonMail”
