We're super flexible with scheduling over here and we want our membership to work well for everyone in our community.
Members can log into their account any time between orders to view and alter their order schedule. Shipment frequency can also be adjusted on your Plan page. More here: Can I change my order schedule?
We do not have an official pause button. Reach the team to help stop your shipments for a while-- just let us know the best date to resume.
To indefinitely stop all orders, you can cancel your subscription at any time by editing the Account Status on our Account Settings page.
For those who are looking to cancel their accounts entirely, any account credits, discounts, or promotions will be forfeited at the time of deactivation. Also, if there is any particular feedback to share, we will of course be more than happy to hear about it.
