Our Limited-Time Products are offered on a rotating basis and are based on availability. The "until" date seen on the offering (photo below) indicates the last day to add this to your cart before the specials rotate again. You do not have to send your box on this date. We will hold the item for you, and charge and ship it with your whole box on your renewal date, which can be found on the My Orders page.
You can add Limited-Time Products to your cart and ship them with the following:
Your default plan box.
A one-time order at a minimum of either 12 items or $185. More here: Can I make a one-time order change with Limited-Time Products?
Here is how to add limited-time specials to your cart:
Click “+ADD” and use the + and trash can buttons to add or remove the item from your cart.
Once it is added to your cart, the reservation will show up on your My Orders page.
If your scheduled charge date is too far in the future, you will get a pop-up letting you know that you will have to select a new charge date and adjoining ship week if you want to get your hands on the special. See your current scheduled charge date on the Calendar of your My Orders page.
Select a new charge date from the drop-down menu and click “SAVE AND ADD TO BOX.” Your entire box of fish will ship shortly after your new selected charge date.
You will see the changes to your box schedule reflected on your My Orders page. Your following account renewals will continue on your selected frequency and you will not get two boxes back to back. See your selected frequency on your Plan page.
In the event that you already paid for a box but the box has not shipped, you do have a small window where you can purchase a special to add to that box. If it is too late to add to your pending box, the button will say “ADD TO NEXT BOX.”
