You probably saw a unique code from an email or site pop-up to apply on your birth month. The time is here, and now you’d like to know how you can use your gift from us to you! 🎁

What can I use this code for?

You can use your birthday promo code on your default box, as detailed on your My Box Page, or switch it up this time and apply the code to a Limited Time Box.

This code is not automatically added to your account. Members must manually apply this code to receive the discount.

You are not able to use the code to reduce the cost of a Member Special. The promo code only applies to the box total. Additionally, you cannot use two promo codes on the same box.

How do I apply this code?

1. Log in to your account.

2. On a desktop, click the person-shaped icon in the upper right-hand corner to navigate to your My Box page. If you’re on mobile, click the 3 lines at the top left of your screen to get the My Box page.

3. Click "Ship Next Available Week."

4. Enter your valid code in the Promo Code field and click “Apply.”

5. Review all of your info and ship week, and scroll down to click "Place My Order" to complete your order.

What is my birthday code?

How do I get my box later?

The birthday promo code, like all promo codes, can only be used when you send your box the next available week. Your birthday promo code will be valid for your entire birth month. If you don’t want your box right now, you can come back to the My Box Page to apply it any time until the last day of the month when the code expires.
