What can I use this code for?
You can use your birthday promo code on your plan box, as detailed on your My Orders Page, or switch it up this time and apply the code to a box of Limited-Time Products and/or a Limited-Time Box.
This code is not automatically added to your account. Members must manually apply this code to receive the discount, or click "Claim Promo" on the banner that looks like this:
Please note: You cannot apply two promotional codes to one order.
How do I apply this code?
1. Log in to your account.
2. On a desktop, use the navigation bar to locate the My Orders Page. If you’re on mobile, click the 3 lines at the top left of your screen to get the My Orders Page.
3. Click "Send Now."
4. On the check out page, find "Have a promo code?" and click the + button.
5. Review all of your info and ship week, and scroll down to click "Send Now" to complete your order.
What is my birthday code?
We sent you an email with this code on the 1st of the month. If you are unable to locate the email, please reach the team for help.

How do I get my box later?
The birthday promo code, like all promo codes, can only be used when you send your box now. Your birthday promo code will be valid for your entire birth month. If you don’t want your box right now, you can come back to the My Orders Page to apply it any time until the last day of the month when the code expires.
