How do I cancel an order that is already in progress?

It is never our intention to send you unwanted fish! If you need to cancel an order that was already paid for, please reach the team for assistance ASAP.

Once your subscription renewal date has passed and your card on file has been charged, the website limits your ability to make adjustments as the order makes it through the fulfillment process.

We will always email you 3 days before we process your payment and create your order. On your renewal date, we will charge your card and start the process of packing your order. This process moves quickly, but there may still be time to adjust or cancel your open order. You will have to contact the team to attempt to stop your order from shipping.

Your box might already be packed and waiting to be put on a truck with a large number of other orders. At that point, we likely won’t be able to locate your specific order in time to stop it. We will be sure to follow up with you on the status of your order either way.

We are unable to cancel and refund orders that are already in transit. We also cannot accept returns of this perishable item, so we highly encourage you to accept orders in transit to you so that they don’t go to waste.

How do I know if I have an order in progress?

Your My Box page will say “We’re Preparing Your Box!” and you will see a timeline of the status of your box.

You will also have a specific order number you can identify just below the timeline:

Yes! On your My Box page, you’re able to make changes by clicking the calendar icon as seen here:
