How do I reactivate my membership?

Restart - Resume - Rejoin - Start again - Order again

We are excited to have you back on board! 🚢

Your screen might look a little different depending on how long you’ve been away. If you’re reactivating before your renewal date lapsed, follow the directions below to pick up where you left off:

Once you log in to your Wild Alaskan account, you will see this page. Simply click “Review & Reactivate” to continue. If you have a promo code, there should be a place to enter it when reviewing your order!

Once you resume your membership, you will get this message confirming reactivation. Click “View Your Box” to review your upcoming order from your Overview page.

More commonly, you are reactivating after some time, and the information needs to be updated. If this is you, follow these directions to update your information and purchase your box during reactivation.

Once you log in to your Wild Alaskan account, you will see this page. If you received a promo code from us, now is the time to enter it by clicking “I have a promo code.” Otherwise, click “Resume Membership” to continue.

Now you get a chance to review your account details before reactivating and purchasing your box. On this page, you have the options to--

1. Edit your box type and frequency

2. Add more fish options to your box

3. Purchase the current Member Special

4. Include a promo code

Scroll down and click “Edit” to update your important account details--

5. Shipping address

6. Update the credit card on file

7. Edit the week of delivery. The delivery is already set to ship ASAP.

When all the details look good to you, go ahead and click the “Resume Membership” button to reactivate the account and confirm your purchase.

You will see this page confirming your reactivation and giving you the chance to read up on tips and recipes by checking out our blog.

Scroll down to see your Order number and the saved account information. You will be able to see information about your upcoming order anytime on your Overview page.
