How do I reactivate?

Getting restarted should be pretty quick and easy - we've outlined the steps for you below:

Once you log in to your Wild Alaskan account, you should see this page:

Before you click "Reactivate Membership," you'll want to ensure the following information is correct by clicking "Manage Box":

  • Ship week (the week your order will be arriving)

  • Your Box Type (this is what seafood we'll be shipping you- you can customize a box here using the Edit button) πŸ˜‰

  • Optional: Add-Ons

  • Optional: Member Specials

  • Shipping address

  • Billing info

Once you click Save & Review, you'll be brought back to the check out page. You have the chance to enter a promo code by clicking "I Have A Promo Code," and the use the arrow button to apply the code:

πŸ‘‰ Please note: You are unable to apply a promo code and set your payment/ship week for a later date. Promo codes will only work if the box is shipping ASAP. This is due to the fact that promo codes expire.

As soon as you click "Reactivate Membership," you will be charged for your order unless you adjusted your ship week to be further out before reactivating.

Once everything looks ship-shape, you can click the "Reactivate Membership" button to charge your card and create your order. The page will read "We're Preparing Your Box"
