The financial safety and security for our members is of the utmost importance. That is why your payment information is securely transmitted to our payment processor and never stored with us. This provides you with an extra blanket of security when you provide your credit card information on our website.
We also make it very convenient for you to update your credit card information between orders in case you get a new card. Just follow these easy steps, and we’ll take care of the rest! 😉
Just head over to your account settings page after logging in:
On Your Account page, scroll down and click "Edit" under the Billing section.
Fill out your new card information, click "Save", and you are all done!
Please note that you are not able to update your credit card information if your account is deactivated. You will be given the opportunity to enter new card information if your reactivation includes a purchase, or you can navigate to the billing info section once your account is reactivated.
