The financial safety and security for our members is of the utmost importance. That is why your payment information is securely transmitted to our payment processor and never stored with us. This provides you with an extra blanket of security when you provide your credit card information on our website.
We also make it very convenient for you to update your credit card information between orders in case you get a new card. Just follow these easy steps, and weโll take care of the rest! ๐
Just head over to your account settings page after logging in:
On Your Account page, scroll down and click "Edit" under the Billing section.
Fill out your new card information, click "Save", and you are all done!
If your account is currently deactivated, you can update your credit card information by going to your My Box Page and clicking "EDIT" in the "BILLING" section. You will also have the opportunity to review all of your details, including box type, address, and ship week, before reactivating your account. Once your account is reactivated, you can navigate to the billing section under Account Settings as normal.
