On the next page, click "Edit" under the Billing section.

Fill out your new card information, click "Continue to Review", and you are all done!

Please note that you are not able to update your credit card information if your account is deactivated. You will be given the opportunity to enter new card information if your reactivation includes a purchase, or you can navigate to the billing info section once your account is reactivated and update there.
