If you are not signed up with us as a member, not to worry - it just takes a couple of steps to get this bundle of wild-caught joy on its way! (If you do already have a membership with us, please check out our Gifting Article for Members instead!)
Go ahead and continue going through checkout and place an order as normal. You can use your gift recipient's shipping information by entering it in checkout and your own billing information, since we keep those separate.*
Then, be sure to deactivate the account directly on your account page after the order is placed. This will ensure that no future automatic shipments will be sent, since we are a subscription service - unless, of course, you choose to re-activate your membership to start receiving shipments yourself! A couple pro tips to help ensure a smooth delivery:
Please note that our notification emails with tracking details and delivery success update will be sent to the email that you sign up with! We encourage you to forward those on to the recipient to keep them in the loop, and if you add [email protected] to your email contacts this will help ensure these important notifications avoid being filtered accidentally to your spam folder where they could get missed.
If your gift is intended to be a surprise, feel free to keep the emails to yourself - just be sure to notify the recipients on its arrival to ensure they can receive it still beautifully frozen on the day it's delivered. 😉❄️
Your gift box will automatically be scheduled for the next available shipping week when the order is placed. If you need to change the scheduled ship week, please reach out to our Member Experience Team right away and we will get that adjusted for you!
