If you have already tried a password reset, but you're still having issues accessing your membership tools, you might be logged in under a different email address that doesnโt match your membership. On top of that, your browser settings might be enabling cookies, which makes it hard to log all the way out.
To fix this, you may need to go into your browser preferences to clear your cookies. ๐ช ๐ช ๐ช
If you are using Safari on an iPhone or iPad you can follow these instructions to clear your cookies for wildalaskancompany.com:
On your device, open Settings.
In Settings, scroll down to Safari.
From the menu, select Advanced and select Website Data.
From this page, search wildalaskancompany.com at the top.
Swipe from right to left on wildalaskancompany.com website and select delete.
After that, you are all set! Click here to login, using the email associated with your membership with Wild Alaskan Company
