If you have already tried a password reset, but are still having issues accessing your membership tools, you might be logged in under a different email address that doesn’t match your membership. On top of that, your browser settings might be enabling cookies which make it hard to log all the way out.

On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, click More. It should look like three dots stacked on top of each other in the upper right-hand corner.
Click on Settings from the drop-down menu.
Under Privacy and security, click Cookies and other site data.
You can also enter: chrome://settings/cookies into your browser.
Click See all cookies and site data.
At the top right, search for wildalaskancompany (all one word).
You can also enter this link: chrome://settings/siteData?searchSubpage=wildalaskancompany into your browser for a shortcut.
To the right of the site, click the little trash can symbol.
