Are you as antsy about receiving your fish as we are? We totally get it - and we definitely want to keep you in the loop so that you receive your fish on time and still beautifully frozen! Please know that at this time, we can only provide email notifications regarding your tracking information and delivery notifications (we recommend adding [email protected] to your email contacts to ensure you receive these important notifications). We welcome any feedback about this as we work hard to improve our members’ experience!

That said, there are some more options to help ensure your wild-caught seafood deliveries meet your delivery needs - read on for more info! 📦 📓


FedEx Text Notifications

If your box is shipping with FedEx, the good news is that there are 2 ways to receive texts directly from them about your wild seafood package! With the help of FedEx Delivery Manager, you'll be able to receive text notifications, push alerts, and more about your order. Here's a link to help you get started: https://www.fedex.com/apps/fdmenrollment/

Alternatively, you can set up text notifications for each order as you receive the tracking info. Just click on the tracking number we send you, and go to the FedEx website then click "Get Status Updates."

​Next, choose "Text Message" and select the types of updates you'd like to receive.


OnTrac Delivery Specifications

If your box is shipping with OnTrac, you can message them with special delivery instructions directly through their website, which they will attach to your address for all future deliveries (they do not currently provide text notifications).

You can click this link here and contact them with any delivery preferences you have! The link should take you to a form to fill out these preferences.

And of course, we'll always send you an email as well, once we’ve been notified that the carrier has delivered your box successfully. Let us know here if you need help tracking down that box of fish!!
