There are 2 different ways to sign up for text notifications about your delivery.

Our recommended way is to sign up for SMS Text notifications directly from your account settings page. To receive text notifications when your box ships out, is delivered and in the off-chance your box is delayed, just follow the steps in this separate article: How to receive SMS text notifications about your WAC orders

.

If you’re interested in receiving text notifications from the carrier directly, you’ve come to the right place. When the box is ready to ship, you can identify your carrier and tracking number from your My Box page. Your carrier might change between orders. Listed are the instructions for SMS as provided by a few carriers we partner with: UPS, LaserShip, CDL, FedEx, OnTrac.

UPS

You have 2 ways to receive SMS with UPS. The first option that we highly recommend would be to sign up for UPS My Choice and get up-to-date tracking information as well as other customizable features such as the ability to leave delivery instructions and secure drop-off locations.

All you have to do is create a profile and then enter your shipping information as well as other pertinent information that UPS should know.

The second option is to opt to receive live email updates or SMS text notifications for each new shipment whenever you get tracking details from us. Just head over to the UPS Tracking Page once you receive your link or tracking number and select the "Get Updates" button.

A new pop-up window will appear with an option to get updates "For This Delivery Only"

Next, you will have two choices between receiving these updates via email or SMS text to your phone. Just enter your phone number or email and select "done" once have finished.

The SMS text option is only available per order, and you will need to select the "Get Updates" tab for every new order.

We definitely recommend signing up for UPS My Choice to ensure you get up-to-date information for every shipment.

LaserShip

You can receive real-time updates from Lasership on your order through their NotifyMe Program. Track your package and click the “Notify me” button next to “Shipment Progress”.

Follow the prompts to opt-in for text notifications when your package goes out for delivery, when there is an attempt or when the package is delivered.

CDL

You can sign up for text updates from CDL by tracking your package on their website. Below “Shipping Updates” is a button that says “Sign Up for Delivery Notifications” in the center of the screen.

Click the sign up button and follow the prompt as seen below.

FedEx

With FedEx Delivery Manager, you'll be able to receive text notifications, push alerts, and more about your order. Get started by entering your address.

Once you type in your address information, you will be asked to create an account. Upon creating an account, you will be asked if you’d like shipping updates via automated call, SMS text or email.

Click “Save” and you’re all set up with FedEx Delivery Manager.

OnTrac

You can sign up for text updates from OnTrac by tracking your package on their website. Below your tracking number towards the top of the page, there is a button that says “Get Text Alerts.”

You then have the opportunity to type in your phone number and opt for certain types of text messages. Please note: Signing up for SMS messages will only apply to this order. You will have to come back to opt in for text alerts on your next box if you choose to do so.

And of course, we'll always send you an email as well, once we’ve been notified that the carrier has delivered your box successfully. Reach out to our Member Experience team if you need help tracking down your box, or if you need help locating your carrier.
