When you sign up for a membership, you have the choice of receiving a box every month, every 1.5 months, or every 2 months.
You can update your preferences by following the steps outlined below. If you need a plan frequency that allows more time between orders, please reach the MX team for assistance.
Here’s how to adjust the frequency:
Once you're logged in, click on the membership icon in the top right corner. Then click "Plan”. Or, you can just click here!
From there, use the ✏️ tool on the "Shipping Frequency" section.
