Can I update my shipment frequency and plan size?

Manage your default account settings. shipment frequency -- every other month -- plan size -- box size -- pause shipments – more time

When you sign up for a membership, you have the choice of receiving a box every month, every 1.5 months, or every 2 months, as well as choosing between a 12-portion plan or a 24-portion plan. You can also customize your box and add as many portions as you’d like.

You can update your preferences by following the steps outlined below. If you need a plan frequency that allows more time between orders, please reach the MX team for assistance.

Here’s how to adjust the frequency and plan size:

Once you're logged in, click on the membership icon in the top right corner. Then click "Plan”. Or, you can just click here!

From there, you can “Edit” your box size between a 12-pack and a 24-pack as well as the frequency between 1-2 months.

Note: If you’re on a custom plan, the Box Size will not be displayed here. You can change your box size from the Build a Custom Box menu.
