While you cannot choose an exact delivery day, you can select your preferred shipping week at checkout to influence delivery timing. Our shipments are sent out primarily Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday and can arrive between Tuesday and Friday (depending on your location). We’ll send you an email after your order is placed that’ll let you know when to expect your box, a second when it has shipped, and a final one upon delivery. Orders are typically scheduled to arrive by the end of the day on Friday of the ship week to account for potential delays. Delivery timing depends on processing volumes and carrier schedules.
Once your tracking information has been made available, we will send it to your email on file and by SMS if signed up for text messaging. You can also use the 'Send Now' feature from your Home page to expedite your shipment or select a shipping week to better align delivery with your schedule.
