You can see the status of your order on your Home Page. Once the box has shipped, click "Track My Order" to be taken to the carrier's webpage where you can follow your box in transit.
When your box arrives, your Home Page will look like this:
Wild Alaskan boxes are typically delivered between Tuesday and Friday.
We ask that someone be available until end of day Friday of the ship week so that the order is able to be unpacked and stored ASAP.
We do not schedule arrivals for Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays.
Shipments might take between 1-3 days in transit depending on your zip code.
If you'd like to know the estimated arrival date, please check your tracking information linked on the Home Page or reach the Member Experience team.
For your first box, we’ll send you an email after placing your order which will let you know the expected ship week.
With all orders, we’ll send another email when the order has shipped, and a final one upon delivery.
Once your tracking information has been made available, it will also appear on your Home Page.
After your first order, your ~3 day reminder email will include an estimated delivery week. You can also view your expected ship week and make adjustments via your Home Page.
