You can see the status of your order on your My Box page. Once the box has shipped, click "track order" to be taken to the carrier's webpage where you can follow your box in transit.
Wild Alaskan boxes are typically delivered between Tuesday and Friday. We do not schedule arrivals for Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays. Shipments might take between 1-3 days in transit depending on your zip code. If you'd like to know the estimated arrival date, please reach the Member Experience team.
For your first box, we’ll send you an email after placing your order and that’ll let you know when to expect your box. With all orders, we’ll send another email when the order has shipped, and a final one upon delivery. Once your tracking information has been made available, it will also appear on your My Box page.
