We are sorry to see you go! We want to let you know that we're super flexible, and we have outlined a few ways to make your membership work for you:

Need some more time? Here are the steps for adjusting the ship week of your next order: Can I change my order schedule? πŸ“†

Getting too much fish? You can opt to get your boxes less frequently- say every 1.5, 2, or 3 months, or more. That way, you can maintain your membership status and still enjoy your wild-caught seafood throughout the year. Here are the steps for adjusting your frequency: Can I update my shipment frequency and plan size? ✏️

Want to spice it up? We introduced full customization from your Plan page. Read about how to create your ideal box here.

❗ If you are still looking to cancel your account entirely, please note that any account credits, discounts, or promotions will be forfeited at the time of deactivation and will not be recovered should you choose to come back.❗

Before you continue the deactivation process, please read this important note:

If you have an order that was charged and is in pending status at the time of your deactivation, please reach out to our MX team to get this resolved ASAP! We will do our absolute best to stop any pending orders from shipping to you. Additionally, if you purchased any specials ahead of time, contact the MX team to get a refund. You can see if you have any pending orders or pre-ordered specials on your My Box Page.

We are not able to stop any orders from being delivered if they have already been packed for shipping or have left our packing facilities. Keep an eye on emails from us ([email protected]) with shipping updates. πŸ™ πŸ“¦

Deactivation Instructions:

  1. Click on the Membership icon in the upper right-hand corner to access your dashboard. Then click, "Account Settings."

    2. Once there, scroll down to your Membership Status and click "Edit", and then click β€œStart Deactivation.”

    3. But wait! You aren't done quite yet.

Our deactivation process has multiple steps. The green progress bar will indicate when you've completed all the steps. This is your opportunity to provide feedback. We read every bit of feedback and feel it is essential for us to hear what wasn't working so that we can continue to make improvements.

Please note that the progress bar will not move unless triggered by your actions, so please answer every question to make sure that you are progressing through our deactivation flow. If you did not complete the progress bar and receive an email, you are NOT deactivated.

    4. Check your inbox for a confirmation email from us, [email protected], to confirm that your account has been deactivated.

Please don't hesitate to reach out to us with any further questions or feedback, as we are always looking for ways to improve our members' experience.

We appreciate you giving us a try! 🐟 β˜€οΈ

PS: You can still send a box of wild-caught seafood as a gift with a deactivated account. 🎁 Read about it here: Giving the Gift of Wild Alaskan.
