World-Class Processing Techniques: Our fish is flash-frozen at -35ºF directly after harvest and glazed with a layer of ice to maintain maximum freshness and lock in moisture. We also use a BPA and phthalate-free vacuum seal to preserve quality. Unlike most seafood on the market, our products do not go through multiple rounds of thawing and refreezing. They are never exposed to oxygen after processing. This all helps to maintain the highest quality, texture, and flavor! 😋
