As on online service, we work hard to provide a great sign-up experience right from our website: visit our site here to get started. You'll need an email address to sign up and receive important delivery notifications, as well as a shipping address that is ideally a home residence (click here for more information about how our shipping works).


You can start by clicking any of the orange prompts: (JOIN TODAY, RESERVE MY SHARE TODAY or CHOOSE MY PLAN)

We will first ask for your email address to begin creating an account.

Simply click on "Claim and secure your account in seconds!" and we'll send you an email with a link for easy access to pick up where you left off last time!

Page 1: Once your email address is verified, you can start by choosing your Box Type!

Page 2: Next up, you'll choose your box size - we have two standard sizes to pick from.

✏️ Note: Our subscription schedule will default to sending you a box every 1 month. Simply click on "Change Schedule" to view and select our 1.5 or 2 month options instead! Once your first order is placed and your account is set up, you will also have the ability to edit your shipping schedule, frequency, and box type at any time between orders.

Page 3: Treat yourself! You have the chance to add a variety of specialty add-on items -- these are totally optional and priced specially as an addition to your Base Box.

⛳️ Pro Tip: Click on the "i" - info - bubble (starred in the photo below) to view more details about each Add-on. You'll have continued access to Add-ons, as well as Member Specials, through your Wild Alaskan account for future boxes.

Page 4: You're on the home stretch! Here's where you'll enter your shipping and billing information - rest assured that your billing info is safely encrypted with our payment processor and never stored with us.

✏️ Note: Changed your mind about something? You still have the option to Edit or adjust your order by either clicking on the blue "Edit My Order" on the right hand side; or, by clicking any of the numbered circles at the top of the page to return to the corresponding step in the checkout process.

Once all the fields have been filled out, you can click on Place My Order to process the payment. Please be sure to thoroughly read through our Terms before placing your order!

✏️ Note: It may take a few seconds to fully process - best to give it a moment before clicking again. Once successful, you will be redirected to a Thank You page with a summary of your order. If you are not redirected to this new page after a minute or so, you may need to double-check that all the fields are correctly filled out (sometimes a simple spelling error can be the hangup).
